Historical Contract Non-Performance

A fully settled dispute or litigation is one that has been resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Mechanism under the respective contract, and where all appeal instances available to the bidder have been exhausted. NB: All bidders with all the mandatory requirements proceed to the Technical stage of evaluation
Interested eligible bidders may download the tender documents and the individual adverts at www.kisumu.go.ke and/or from IFMIS portal at www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
Tenderers MUST submit online through the IFMIS supplier portal.
Pre – site visit will be on 7th January 2021 as form 9: 00am at Maseno ATC.
Original tender security should be submitted at the Director Supply Chain Management Office, 2nd floor Prosperity House (Huduma Center) on or before 21st JANUARY 2021 12:00 noon on official working hours only.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
