Conditions shall include the following:

|2.3.2||No payment is required for tender documents, all tender documents may be downloaded from the County Government of Kisumu Website or PPIP for free.|
|2.14.1||Bid Security will be 2% of the Bid sum Valid for 120 days from a reputable bank or Insurance|
|2.16.1||Submission of tender documents shall be done strictly online.|
1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
2. Tenderers MUST include the following information and documents with their Tender
a. Duly filled Form of Tender – Correctly filled, signed, certified and stamped
b. Certified copy certificate of incorporation
c. Certified copy of recent CR12 Form-(12Months) from registrar of companies and their ID’s
d. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from KRA.
e. Copy of PIN/VAT Certificate
f. Documentary proof of past experience works attach ( contract agreement, LPO Certificates, Letter of Award)
g. Bid bond – 2% of the tender sum,
h. Pre-site visit certificate
i. Certified copy of Single Business Permit preferably from Kisumu County.
j. Bidders shall SEQUENTIALLY SERIALIZE ALL PAGES for each tender document submitted failure to which the bidder shall be disqualified.
k. Manufacturer authorization
Certified by Commissioner of Oaths
Certification must be original, signed and stamped by an advocate/commissioner of oaths or relevant professional bodies
NB: All bidders with all the mandatory requirements proceed to the Technical stage of evaluation
Tenderers MUST submit both online through the IFMIS supplier portal and hard copy.
Pre – site visit will be on 5th March 2021 as form 9:00am at the department
Original tender security should be submitted at the Director Supply Chain Management Office, 2nd floor Prosperity House (Huduma Center) on or before 15th MARCH 2021 12:00 noon on official working hours only.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
