Interested eligible bidders may download the tender documents containing detailed information free of charge from the county website www.kisumu.go.ke, PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke and/or from the IFMIS portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
Tenderers must respond both online through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL and SUBMIT HARD COPY enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number addressed to:

And placed in the Tender box located at Prosperity Building (former Nyanza Provincial Headquarters), Second Floor (Reception Area) Wing C so as to be received on or before 31st August 2023 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
NOTE: There should be no discrepancies between both the online submitted documents and the hard copy submitted documents
