Ondiek Benedict Alala PhD is an Associate Professor of Finance in the School of Business and Economics and currently, the Director of Privately Sponsored students, Learning Centers and Campuses and the immediate former Chair of Department of Accounting and Finance, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Kakamega Kenya.

Prof. Ondiek is a trained Financial Management and Supplies Chain Management expert with over ten years hands on experience in the profession with many institutions in Kenya both High school, Tertiary colleges and Universities, combining sound practical experience in Management with consulting skills and technical service provision in institutions like Kenya Seed Company, UNDP, Delloite and Touché, Moi University, Chepkoilel University College and University of Kabianga.

Prof. Ondiek is a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (MKISM), and member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).
