The county government today joined the Kenya Female Advisory Organization (KEFEADO) to mark its 30th year of service to the community in a celebration held at the Kisumu Museum.
Staff, residents, and guests commemorated this special occasion offering a chance to look back on three decades of success and forward toward the future.
On September 30, 2024, KEFEADO held a 30th-anniversary celebration Kkck-off ceremony, welcoming County officials including CEC members for Tourism and Trade Hon. Farida Mohammed and Hon. Beatrice Odongo of Sports, Culture Gender and Youth Affairs, staff and other distinguished members of the community joining in the celebrations.

The celebration also honored Hon. Beatrice Odongo and Farida Mohammed for their exemplary work toward supporting the communities, women, youth, minority groups, and people with disabilities. KEFEADO also recognized several members of the community for their service.
