Kisumu Governor, Professor Anyang’ Nyong’o has eulogised the late Court of Appeal Judge Justice Fredrick Andago Ochieng as a mentor to many young lawyers and a beacon of hope for those who sought justice before him.
Speaking during his burial in Menara Muhoroni Sub-County ,Nyong’o said the late was known as a champion of Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Presiding Judge whose tour of duty left a lasting impact and will be remembered for embracing human dignity and unwavering commitment to constitutional values and the rule of law.
“His legacy is not only etched in the annals of Kenyan law through his landmark rulings but also in the countless lives he touched with his humility and dedication” he added.
