Efficient road networks and proper drainages are key drivers towards socio economic development at the grassroots.
Against this backdrop, Kisumu Deputy Governor Dr.Mathew Owili launched the Machine Based Road Construction program in Kisumu West to upgrade and rehabilate road networks.
For FY 2022-2023, a total of 18 roads covering 40km are being rehabilitated under the County Roads Fund (CRF) program, while the Machine Based Roads program will cover 30km.
The Overall county targets is 112km under Machine based and 82km under CRF program.
