Interested eligible bidders may view and obtain the tender documents by downloading from County Government of Kisumu’s website www.kisumu.go.ke. Further information can be obtained through: procurementcgk@kisumu.go.ke

Bidders are expected to submit their completed bids electronically via IFMIS and hard copies of the same enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with TENDER/PROPOSAL NAME and the TENDER/PROPOSAL REFERENCE NUMBER and addressed to;

And deposited in the Tender Box located at OFFICE OF DIRECTOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT so as to be received not later than Wednesday, 16th October,2024 at 11.00 Am

There will be compulsory site visit on Friday 11th October ,2024 where bidders are expected to assemble at the Dept. of Energy, Transport, Roads and Public Works (Bandani) at 9.00 am for further direction.

Tenders/Proposals shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.

Late bids will be rejected.
