TENDER NO: CGK/H&S/EOI/2020-2021/002

The County Government of Kisumu – Health and Sanitation Department is mandated to co-ordinate development and implementation of the Health Bill 2019 aimed at improving healthcare delivery from prevention to treatment. To fulfill its Mandate, the Department has embarked on the establishment and upgrade of a modern, fully functional Emergency Operations Centre (EOC). The EOC enables the Department to provide rapid response in the support of citizen access to health services including maternal care and emergency response to flood, accident, and fire victims among others as well as to coordinate, monitor, and manage all Frontline teams. The Department seeks through technology to enhance System capacity of the EOC and therefore invites suitably qualified and capable service providers/firms to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for the provision of Emergency Response Software that ensures the general Public, Health Department, and Relevant Emergency Service Providers are all integrated.
Interested bidders shall be required to submit the following as a mandatory criteria:

a) Valid Business registration certificate
b) Valid KRA Tax Compliance certificate
c) Brief proposal which must cover the following areas:

• Company profile including; evidence of similar work done audited accounts for the last 3 years,
relevant technical staff with certified CVs and certificates.
• Proposed financing model

This opportunity is open to local firms, one may bid as individual or as a consortium.

The EOI documents should be submitted in an enclosed plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number addressed to the undersigned and copied to ksumucoh@gmail.com :

And placed in the Tender box located at Prosperity Building (former Nyanza Provincial Headquarters), Second Floor (Reception Area) so as to be received on or before 29/06/2021 by 12:00 noon.
The EOI’s will be opened on the same day as from 12.00pm (Kenyan time) at prosperity house, 1st floor.
