The County Government of Kisumu would like to invite interested candidates to bid for the following:

Tenderers are required to submit copies of the following MANDATORY DOCUMENTS / REQUIREMENTS which will be used during Preliminary Examination to determine responsiveness
|1.||Duly filled, signed and stamped tender form in the format provided|
|2.||Submit a copy of certificate of Registration /Incorporation in
|3.||Attach a copy of Valid PIN Certificate|
|4.||Attach Copy of Valid Single Business Permit|
|5.||Duly filled, signed and stamped Tender Securing Bid Declaration
|6.||Certificate of Confirmation of Directors and Shareholding (CR12) for limited company or/ an ID Card for Sole Proprietorship|
|7.||Submit a copy of valid tax compliance certificate. This will be verified through KRA TCC checker.|
|8.||Duly filled, signed and stamped confidential business questionnaire in the format provided|
|9.||Duly filled, signed and stamped declaration of undertaking not to engage in corrupt practice|
|10.||Must submit Evidence of valid IATA & KATA Registration
|11.||Attach a duly signed and authorized power of attorney in the format provided|
|12||Tenderer must submit hard copy|

Tenderers in MUST submit both online submission and hard copy enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number addressed to:

And placed in the Tender box located at Prosperity Building (former Nyanza Provincial Headquarters), Second Floor (Reception Area) so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 3rd March, 2020 at 10.00am. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bidders are free to contact the office of the Director Supply Chain Management on 2nd floor Prosperity House (Former Nyanza Provincial Headquarters) Kisumu during normal working days between 8.00 am – 1.00 pm and 2.00 – 5.00 pm for any clarification regarding the tender.
