Tenderers in CATEGORY under  EDUCATION should respond both online through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL and SUBMIT HARD COPY enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number addressed to:

And placed in the Tender box located at Prosperity Building (former Nyanza Provincial Headquarters), Second Floor (Reception Area) Wing C so as to be received on or before AS STIPULATED ABOVE. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

NOTE: There should be no discrepancies between both the online submitted documents and the hard copy submitted documents under  EDUCATION. Evaluation will be done both online and manually where applicable.
