The County Government of Kisumu through Department of Sports, Culture Gender & Youth Affairs invites sealed tenders from eligible and interested bidders in regard for the following:
Tendering process will be conducted through the Open National Tender Method. All interested eligible bidders may download complete set of tender documents from the County Website www.kisumu.go.ke, the PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke and/or from the IFMIS portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke
All tenders must be submitted both electronically through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL and also manually in HARD COPY enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with respective tender reference numbers addressed to:

And deposited at The Office of Director Supply Chain Management, Prosperity Building (former Nyanza Provincial Headquarters), 2nd Floor Wing C so as to be received on or before 14th March 2024 at 10:00Am. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
