Interested eligible bidders may download the tender documents containing detailed information free of charge from the county website www.kisumu.go.ke, PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke (for both categories) and/or from the IFMIS portal supplier.treasury.go.ke (for category A)
Tenderers under CATEGORY A must respond both online through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL and SUBMIT HARD COPY while those under CATEGORY B must submit ONLY HARD COPY enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number addressed to:

Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
NOTE: There should be no discrepancies between both the online submitted documents and the hard copy submitted documents under CATEGORY A
