Tendering process will be conducted through the Open National Tender Method. All interested eligible bidders may download complete set of tender documents from the County Website www.kisumu.go.ke, the PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke and/or from the IFMIS portal supplier.treasury.go.ke
All tenders must be submitted both electronically through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL and also manually in HARD COPY enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with respective tender reference numbers addressed to:

And deposited at The Office of Director Supply Chain Management, Prosperity Building (former Nyanza Provincial Headquarters), 2nd Floor Wing C so as to be received on or before the dates and time as indicated in the table above. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
