The County Government of Kisumu intends to shortlist interested and eligible investors to Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (the “DBFOM”) a Waste Management Plant for Sustainable Management of Municipal Solid Waste Through Waste to Wealth Model on a Collaboration Agreement basis at an agreed concession period for management of a stream or streams of Municipal Solid Waste in Kisumu County.
The County Government of Kisumu hereby invites interested companies or consortia from the players indicated above to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) applications (“Expression of Interest- Applications”) to be qualified to partner with the County in SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE through waste to Wealth Model IN KISUMU COUNTY
Interested eligible bidders may download the document containing detailed information free of charge from the county website www.kisumu.go.ke, and/from PIP portal www.tenders.go.ke
Applicants SUBMIT HARD COPY enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with EOI Reference Number and Title addressed to:
