REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

NAME OF THE PROJECT: SOLAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

DUTY STATION: Kisumu county Headquarters

CONTRACT REFERENCE NO: TENDER NO: CGK/EI/RFP/06/2019

  1. County Government of Kisumu is seeking reputable firms dealing with solar energy to design, construct and equip various facilities and institutions with solar PV system. The respondent shall provide a total “turnkey” project including all necessary equipment, materials and design, manufacturing, and installation services for the installation of a utility-interactive PV system that shall power hospitals, markets, water pumping, street lighting through Build Operate Transfer Model or other agreed arrangement.
  2. The County Government of Kisumu now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for SOLAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
  3. Tender document containing detailed scope of work can be obtained from www.kisumu.go.ke/tenders
  4. Qualification requirements include:

The following documents must be attached.

  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. TAX PIN Certificate

iii. Tax Compliance certificate.

  1. CR 12 Form
  2. NCA5 Electrical
  3. Certified Audited Accounts (Last three years)
  4. Duly completed documents in sealed envelope should be addressed to;

And placed in the tender Box at the County HQ 2nd Floor Prosperity House not later than Tuesday 26th November 2019, Time: 12.00 Noon. Tender opening will be done soon after closing in the presence of Bidders who choose to attend.
