The Makerere University Guild League team led by their Chairperson Katumba Salim and the 91st Guild President, Ssentamu Churchill James is in Kisumu County through the shared partnership, centered on sports, youth engagement and cultural exchange.

Speaking while receiving the group in his office,Kisumu Governor Prof.Anyang’ Nyong’o said that together they were going to continue building bridges that empower young people, strengthen regional collaboration, and celebrate the unifying power of sports in the region.
“We warmly welcome our guests and look forward to an exciting day of MAK Guild sports matches and celebration at Moi Stadium, Kisumu” Nyong’o added.
In attendance were ;Beatrice Odongo, CECM for Sports and Youth Affairs, Nancy Wasama, Chief Officer for Sports and Youth Affairs and other representatives from the County Government and Makerere Guild League
