Over 70 participants from Kisumu County received digital training skills facilitated by the County Government in collaboration with Ajira digital programme at the Rotary.
The 2 days training program included digital skills, tools and mentorship needed for online work. The program prioritized women and youth from all over the county to promote digital empowerment economically and socially.
Ajira digital training is a platform that provides high-demand digital skills to increase employment and income-generation potential as well as guide participants on developing socially responsible digital start-ups, build leadership and entrepreneurial skills to drive change and innovation.
The training was graced by the County Director for ICT Ms. Maureen Awuor together with the Ajira Regional Coordinator, Mr. Cliff Orina.
