CONTRACT NAME: SERVICE , REPAIR AND MAINTENACE OF KISUMU CITY MOTOR VEHICLES, PLANTS AND EQUIPMENTS (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

TENDER NO: CGK/COK/S/F/2022/2023/01

  1. The City of Kisumu invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the Service, Repair and Maintenance of Kisumu City Motor Vehicles, Plants And Equipment’s (Framework Agreement) for a period of two years.
  2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested local Tenderers.
  3. Interested eligible candidates may download tender document from Kisumu county web site  (www.Kisumu.go.ke) free or obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement office, City Hall, City of Kisumu, during normal working hours, or email: citymanager@kisumu.go.ke
  4. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 119 days from the closing date of the tender.
  5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
  6. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Tender No. CGK/COK/S/F/2022/2023/01 Service, Repair And Maintenance Of Kisumu City Motor Vehicles, Plants And Equipment (Framework Agreement). And be deposited in the Tender Box at KUP procurement offices along Tom Mboya Drive Milimani and be addressed to:

City Manager

             P.O Box 105- 40100,

  1. Large tenders that can’t be deposited in the tender box should be taken to procurement manager’s office at kup
  2. So as to be received on or before date as indicated in the advert. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at The City Hall Chambers or city hall back yard.

Late tenders will be rejected
