1. The City of Kisumu now invites eligible and qualified Contractors to submit their bids for the above in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the bidding
2. Interested bidder may obtain clarifications/ further information at the office of City Procurement Office, Kisumu City P.O. Box 105-40100, Kisumu. From 8.00am – 3.00pm during working hours.

3. The bids will be evaluated using Quality and Cost Based Selection method as provided in the tender
4. The bid documents may be obtained/downloaded from the County website (www.kisumu.go.ke)
5. Completed Bids should be deposited in the Tender Box, at City Hall, Ground floor, Court Road, Kisumu, Kenya or be addressed to;

City Manager City of Kisumu

P.O. Box 105 – 40100, Kisumu.

 

So as to be received no later than 12.00 noon EAT on 19th January 2021

6. Tenders shall be clearly marked: Tender and Title.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend on the same day starting immediately after 12:00 noon East Africa Time at City Hall Chamber.
